List of measures when opening the area

Dear members of GKBO,

as announced, the joyful report on the opening of golf courses is accompanied by a list of measures that must be observed in the area and during the game based on the statements of the Chief Hygienist of the Slovak Republic and the recommendations of the Slovak Golf Association: 

General arrangements:

• Entrance to the complex only with a mask or other cover of the nose and mouth
• Toilets in the whole complex will not be available
• We prefer to book the game in advance.
• If the full flight is not reserved, it is possible to supplement it with reservations of other players
• In order to ensure maximum use of the capacity of the course for players, we are forced to penalize the player in the form of suspending the possibility of booking a teetime for one month in case of non-arrival at their teetime.
• The capacity of the training areas will be limited as follows: driving range - 20 people, putting green - 10 people, chipping green - 5 people
  
• The clubhouse and restaurant premises are closed.
• Registration via TeeTime, telephone and e-mail.
• The start time must be observed with arrival on hole No. 1 five minutes before the start of the game.
• It is not possible to move the start time of the game !!!
• Groups of players must keep a minimum distance of 5 meters.
• Prohibition of withdrawing flags from the hole. Only pull the ball out of the hole by hand with the glove on it.
• Prohibition of the use of rakes in bunkers, sand treated temporarily with a golf club.
• Prohibition of the use of ball cleaners.

• Players must arrive at the resort well in advance of the start time of the game or start of training and leave it immediately after finishing. 
• Parking cars at a sufficient distance to prevent any contact with other people in the parking lot.
• Enter and move around the area before and after the game using only a mask to cover your mouth and nose. Using a mask during the game is at the player's discretion. 

Parking arrangements:

• The clubhouse and restaurant premises are closed.
• When entering the area, the player is obliged to wear a mask to cover his nose and mouth.
• Registration for the game is possible via the TEETIME application or by phone, registration for training areas only by e-mail at the reception  /state the start time and duration of the training /. A player without a valid registration will be expelled from the golf course grounds.
• The start time must be observed upon arrival to the premises max. 10 minutes before the start of the game or training. Game start time cannot be scrolled! When parking cars, keep a sufficient distance of min. 5 m between vehicles to avoid any contact with other people in the parking lot.
• Players must leave the premises immediately after completing the round or finishing the training!

Arrangementsat the reception:

• Enter the reception area one by one.
• Keep a veil to cover your mouth and nose.
• Keep your distance.
• Preferably use only a payment card.
• Follow the instructions of the reception staff.

Driving range arrangements:

• Coin changer moved temporarily to the clubhouse premises.
• The number of players on the DR training areas is limited to 20 people.
• Everyone must have a basket with them.
• Catching the ball basket only with gloves.
• For chipping and putting, the player only has to use his own golf balls.
• Mandatory wearing of a mask /scarf/ throughout the training /coach and player/.
• The player is obliged to disinfect the training aids after each training session with the coach.
• Each player has to use his own golf clubs.
• Strict prevention of physical contact of players with distances to a distance of at least two meters.

Arrangements at the championship course and the academy:

• The start time must be observed with the arrival at hole 1 a maximum of 5 minutes before the start of the game.
• Start time of the game cannot be changed
• During the game, it is recommended to keep a distance of at least 5 meters between players.
• Exclude any physical contacts between players!
• Prohibition of pulling flags out of the hole. Only pull the ball out of the hole with the hand on which the glove is on.
• It is recommended to consider the puts up to 1 m long as finished with the addition of 1 stroke.
• There is a ban on the use of rakes in bunkers, the sand can be temporarily treated with a golf club.
• Prohibition of the use of ball cleaners.
• After finishing the last hole, leave the course immediately and leave the area as soon as possible!
•  Use the golf cart only by single person. Do not share the golf cart.
